Terms & Conditions
- All rates are nett, Ringgit Malaysia, inclusive of 10% service charges and 6% government tax.
- All rates are for room only (breakfast not provided).
- Reservation within 24 hours prior to arrival will be held until 6pm (local time GMT+8) and for late arrival after 6pm (local time), credit card details are required to guarantee the room.
- Cancellations notification must be at least 24 hours prior to arrival. In the event of no cancellation OR no show, one night cancellation charge will be imposed.
- Check-in time is after 12noon (local time), earlier check-in is possible, subject to availability and checkout time is 12noon (local time). Late check-out can be considered on case by case basis.
- Major credit card or cash is accepted prior to or during arrival.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless confirmed booking with deposit.
